오늘 이 시간에는 Chalmit Light 샬밋조명가운데 방폭위험지역 Zone 1 에 적용가능한 Fluorescent 타입의 제품군에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지 대략 살펴보도록 하겠습니다.
(1) Chalmit Protecta III Luminaire
Ex e Fluorescent / ATEX Category 2
Major features of the luminaire are the strength of the enclosure and mounting points together wih the very high degree of ingress protection afforded by the simple reliable construction.
(2) Chalmit Protecta III Emergency Luminaire
Ex e Fluorescent / ATEX Category 2
The Protecta III Ex e emergency luminaire is a technologically advanced and high quality fluorescent suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 21 hazardous areas. The luminaire incorporates comprehensive self testing features to ensure lamp, battery and supply integrity. The Protecta construction has a glass reinforced polyester (GRP) body and polycarbonate diffuser, this makes it highly resistant to saline and corrosive environments, ideal for use on an Offshore Platform or FPSO.
The Protecta fluorescent is available as both maintained and non-maintained versions. During emergency operation light output can be up to 50% of one lamp with 90 minute duration as standard.
Other key features of the luminaire include extreme durabilty due to the rugged enclosure design and toughened mounting points together combined with very high ingress protection. The Protecta's simple construction ensures ease of access to lamps and control gear making installation and maintenance both quick and efficient.
(3) Chalmit Protecta III Stainless Steel Emergency
Ex e Fluorescent / ATEX Category 2
The durability of the stainless steel Protecta is ensured due to its construction from high grade stainless steel and a polycarbonate diffuser. The product is intended for applications where a risk of mechanical damage or exposure to chemical agents exist.
The enclosure also affords the high degree of ingress protection(IP66) required for use in Zone 1 and Zone 21 hazardous areas. The design provides ease of access to lamps and control gear ensuring that installation and maintenance will be completed quickly and efficiently.
(4) Chalmit Lomond Emergency Luminaire
Ex e Fluorescent / ATEX Category 2
The Lomond Ex d fluorescent is a traditional flameproof luminaire for use with linear and compact fluorescent lamps. It is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 21 hazardous areas.
The Lomond is designed for applications are where white instant light is needed. The aluminium and glass construction is suitable for aggressive chemical environments such as paint spraying, which could otherwise attack plastics.
An emergency version with the 8W lamp is particularly suitable for over door lighting. This is designed for maintained operation as standard, a non-maintained emergency option is also available.
The design features a single flameproof path giving easy access for wiring, lamp replacement and to the control gear. The cable entry is the simple direct type using flameproof Ex d cable glands.
(5) Chalmit Acclaim Recessible Luminaire
Ex e Fluorescent / ATEX Category 2
The Acclaim range fluorescent luminaires is certified for use in Zone 1 and Zone 21 hazardous areas. It is designed for use in offshore accommodation areas and control rooms where it provides recessible emergency and escape lighting.
Manufactured from zinc coated sheet steel the luminaire is suitable for installation in fire resistant ceilings up to solas B15 rating. The polycarbonate diffuser is available in clear, prismatic or with a glare control louvre. The mounting and cover details are flexible to allow luminaires to be recessed into a variety of ceiling types..
The control gear and batteries are mounted internally on a gear tray and access for lamp replacement and maintenance is simple and easy. The emergency version has excellent light output and duration in accordance with emergency lighting standards. Comprehensive self-testing periodically confirms the availability of sufficient emergency duration.
Please note: The Acclaim III is supplied with a high frequency self-test ballast. If using the Acclaim for sleeping quarters, please select the non-self test option (Suffix to Cat No. /NST).
(6) Chalmit Curie Elite Recessible Luminaire
Ex e Fluorescent / ATEX Category 2
available in normal and emergency versions. It is designed for use in Oil & Gas and Marine environments where it provides working, recessible emergency and escape lighting. The body is made from zinc coated sheet steel and the diffuser from prismatic polycarbonate with textured side facing down. Where it meets the ceiling apeture the body is fitted with a flipper seal providing excellent sealing against surface irregularities.
The range is flexible to allow luminaires to be recessed into either plasterboard and modular (600x600mm & 600x1200mm) ceiling types. The control gear and batteries are mounted internally on a gear tray and access for lamp replacement and maintenance is simple and easy.
The emergency version has excellent emergency light output and duration in accordance with emergency lighting standards. Comprehensive self-testing periodically confirms the availability of sufficient emergency duration.
Please note: The Curie Elite is supplied with a high frequency self-test ballast. If using the Curie for sleeping quarters, please select the non-self test option (Suffix to Cat No: /NST).
