오늘 이 시간에는 Chalmit Light 샬밋조명가운데 방폭위험지역 Zone 2에 적용가능한 Fluorescent 타입의 제품군에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지 대략 살펴보도록 하겠습니다.

 

(1) Chalmit Sterling II Luminaire

Ex n Fluorescent / ATEX Category 3

The Sterling II s a quality and cost effective luminaire designed to provide instant glare free white light for Zone 2 hazardous areas.

The GRP body and polycarbonate diffuser is secured with multiple stainless steel clips to ensure good corrosion resistance and allow rapid access for installation and maintenance. The protection is Ex n with IP65 sealing.

The Sterling II is designed as a single product for both Gas & Dust atmospheres and is certified under the ATEX 94-9-EC directive for Categories 3 G and 3 D. The range is also IECEx compliant.

The Sterling is suitable for T8 tubular fluorescent lamps in 18/36/58W sizes. Electronic high frequency control gear is fitted as standard.

 

 

 

 

 

(2) Chalmit Sterling II Emergency Luminaire

Ex n Fluorescent / ATEX Category 3

The Sterling II emergency fluorecent luminaire designed for Zone 2 areas with a 3 hour emergency duration. The GRP body and polycarbonate diffuser are secured with multiple stainless steel clips to ensure good corrosion resistance and allow rapid access for installation and maintenance.

The Sterling II is designed as a single product for both Gas & Dust atmospheres. It is certified with Ex n protection under the ATEX 94-9-EC directive for Categories 3 G and 3 D and has IP65 sealing. The range is also IECEx compliant.

The Sterling suitable for T8 tubular fluorescent lamps in 18/36/58W sizes. Electronic high frequency control gear is fitted as standard.

 

 

 

 

 

(3) Chalmit Sterling II Stainless Steel Luminaire

Ex n Fluorescent / ATEX Category 3

The Sterling II stainless is a robust, high quality luminaire designed for Zone 2 environments where there is a high risk of mechanical damage.

 

The stainless steel body and polycarbonate diffuser is secured using multiple stainless steel clips ensure excellent corrosion resistance and IP sealing. The quick release clips also provide rapid access for installation and maintenance.

 

The stainless steel body is designed to provide high impact strength and resistance to those chemicals which might damage GRP. The range is suitable for T8 tubular fluorescent lamps in the nominal 18/36/58W sizes. The standard range has electronic control gear and high frequency ballast.

 

 

 

 

 

(4) Chalmit Sterling II Emergency Stainless Steel Luminaire

Ex n Fluorescent / ATEX Category 3

The Sterling II stainless emergency is a robust, high quality luminaire designed for Zone 2 environments where there is a high risk of mechanical damage. The emergency version provides safety critical lighitng for three hours in the event of a mains power failure.

 

The stainless steel body and polycarbonate diffuser is secured using multiple stainless steel clips ensure excellent corrosion resistance and IP sealing. The quick release clips also provide rapid access for installation and maintenance.

 

The stainless steel body is designed to provide high impact strength and resistance to those chemicals which might damage GRP. The range is suitable for T8 tubular fluorescent lamps in the nominal 18/36/58W sizes. The standard range has electronic control gear.

 

 

 

 

 

(5) Chalmit Protecta II Luminaire

Ex n Fluorescent / ATEX Category 3

The Protecta Category 3 Ex n luminaire combines the strength and integrity of the Category 2 increased safety enclosure with the Category 3 lamp and control gear package used in the Sterling. The range is suitable for T8 tubular fluorescent lamps in the nominal 18W and 36W sizes.

Protecta is constructed using glass reinforced polyester (GRP) and polycarbonate which resist saline and other corrosive environments. A key feature is the Protecta's rugged duribility. This comes from strength of the enclosure combined with toughened mounting points together and the very high degree of ingress protection.

 

The Zone 2 luminaire certified Ex n with IP66/67 sealing for ignitable gas and dust applications. The ATEX Categories are 3 G and 3 D.

The simple design and ease of access to lamps and control gear means that installation and maintenance can be completed quickly and efficiently. The Protecta offers the facility of four cable entries. The standard range has electronic control gear and all emergency versions come  complete with 3 hour battery duration.
