T&B(TnB), PMA EMCFIX System

The EMCFIX series covers connectors for optimum connecting solutions for screened cables or screening braids. In combination with metal braids of the EMC product line, control and signal cables are shielded from external disturbances. Disturbance influences as electro magnetic fields and electrical impulses are conducted via the screening braids and the EMCFIX connectors to the housing.


 

EMCFIX connectors are made of nylon and nickleplated aluminium or brass and extend the classic cable protection system of connector and conduit
with the screening component. The quick and simple installation of the PMA system will not be affected by these additional components. The 360° clamping
feature of the braids guarantees high safety, e.g. for short-circuit currents. High screening effect and low coupling resistance characterise the system. The connectors offer excellent screening values to follow the EU guidelines.

 

If PMA products are used in conjunction with non PMA products, all product liability claims will be rejected.

 

F.CK Screening Braid
This braid is made of fine tin-plated copper and is supplied on a tube former. The tube former prevents a fold up of the braid and considerably simplifies processing and installation.
The product is used in machine and railway construction where high shielding values for electro magnetic fields are required.

 

F.CU Screening Braid
This braid is made of tin-plated copper. The product is used for screening of electro magnetic fields in connection with PMAFLEX conduits and EMCFIX fittings. It is used in machine, apparatus and vehicle building construction.

 

VEMV metric

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway vehicle construction. These products enable the clamping of the
braiding outside the housing/casing (on conduit side).

 

VEMV PG

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway vehicle construction. These products enable the clamping
of the braiding outside the housing/casing (on conduit side).

 

VEMV/02 PG

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway vehicle construction. These products enable the clamping
of the braiding outside the housing/casing (on conduit side) with metal cabel tie “BAND-IT”.

 

VEMV-SW metric, positionable

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway vehicle construction. These products enable the clamping of the
braiding outside the housing/casing (on conduit side).

 

VEMV-133 PG, positionable

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway vehicle construction. These products enable the clamping of the braiding outside the housing/casing (on conduit side).

 

VIMV UNEF, MIL-C5015

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway construction. They are especially suitable for backshells to
MIL-C5015 connector series. These products enable the clamping of the braiding outside the housing/casing (on conduit side).

 

VIMV UNEF, MIL-C26482G

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway construction. They are especially suitable for backshells to
MIL-C26482G connector series. These products enable the clamping of the braiding outside the housing/casing (on conduit side).

 

 

KEZ metric, straight with strain relief

These reinforced EMC connectors combine the PMAFIX Pro advanced sealing technology and the Pflitsch system UNI HF Dicht with a UNI IRIS® contact spring. They can be recommended for use in EMC sensitive applications with
the highest sealing requirements such as railway vehicle construction. They can be used with PMAJACK shielding braids of type F.CU and F.CK or with most conventional shielded cables. The integrated strain relief element offers
optimal support for cables.

 

KEZ PG, strain relief, metal

These reinforced EMC connectors employ the PMAFIX Pro advanced sealing technology and can be recommended for use in EMC sensitive applications with the sealing highest requirements such as railway vehicle construction.
They can be used with PMAJACK shielding braids of type F.CU and F.CK or with most conventional shielded cables.
The integrated strain relief element offers optimal support for cables.

These reinforced EMC connectors are generally used in railway vehicle construction and in machine building industry where EMC is necessary. Apart from the special PMAJACK shielding braids type F.CU and F.CK, most

These EMC connectors for installations are generally used in connection with PMAJACK braidings type F.CU and F.CK in industry as well as in machine tool and railway vehicle construction. They are especially designed for shielding that has to be continued into the machine housing.

 

 

VEMD-RER

The EMV connector components for traction and machinery installations are produced form nickel-plated aluminium or nickel-plated brass. They are especially designed for connecting overbraided corrugated conduits
for EMC shielding. These connectors allow the simple connection and fixation of the overbraid. The connector grips into the conduit corrugation giving additional pull out strength. The connector VEMD-RER is mounted with screws.

 

VEMD PG

The EMV connector components for traction and machinery installations are produced form nickel-plated aluminium or nickel-plated brass. They are especially designed for connecting overbraided corrugated conduits
for EMC shielding. These connectors allow the simple connection and fixation of the overbraid. The connector grips into the conduit corrugation giving additional pull out strength. The connector is fixed with a male PG thread.

 

VEMD metric

The EMV connector components for traction and machinery installations are produced form nickel-plated aluminium or nickel-plated brass. They are especially designed for connecting overbraided corrugated conduits
for EMC shielding. These connectors allow the simple connection and fixation of the overbraid. The connector grips into the conduit corrugation giving additional pull out strength. The connector is fixed with a male metric

GL Tube Clamps

These tube clamps are used for the mounting of PMA conduits. The integrated rib allows an optimal strain relief and thus avoids the movement of the conduit in axial direction. Due to the rib the clamp can also be pre-mounted on the
