1. KOPEX-EX DTS Ex d Conduit Glands

A range of conduit fittings and stopping glands for Exd applications.

 

 

(1) Group I Flameproof Gland

Constructed from either brass or stainless steel, the Group I Flameproof Gland is a high quality, high specification product, ideal for Ex I & II 2 GD gas and dust, Exde IIC and Exe II applications.

 

 

(2) Group I Flameproof 90˚ Elbow

Constructed from either brass or stainless steel, with a nylon seal and epoxy resin, the Group I 90 degree flameproof gland is a high quality, high specification product, ideal for Ex I & II 2 GD gas and dust, Exde IIC and Exe II applications.

 

 

 

(3) Group I Universal Flameproof Gland

Constructed from either brass or stainless steel, with a nylon seal and epoxy resin, the Group I universal flameproof gland is a high quality, high specification product, ideal for Ex I & II 2 GD gas and dust, Exde IIC and Exe II applications.

 

 

(4) Group II Flameproof Gland

Constructed from either brass or stainless steel, with a nylon seal and epoxy resin, the Group II flameproof gland is a high quality, high specification product, ideal for Ex II 2 GD gas and dust, Exd IIC and Exe II applications.

 

 

 

 

2. KOPEX-EX DTS Metallic Liquid Tight Conduits

 A range of liquid tight conduits for use in hazardous areas

 

 

 

(1) Oil Resistant (Galvanised Steel Type)

Robust conduit made from galvanised core with a coating for increased protection from dilute acids, alkalis, and hydro-carbon products.

 

 

(2) High Temperature (Galvanised Steel Type)

Conduit for high temperature applications made from Galvanised core with a chemical resistant coating.

 

 

 

(3) Low Fire Hazard (Galvanised Steel Type)

Is a low fire hazard conduit which is fully compliant with London Underground, and MOD specifications. Conduit is available in galvanised core with a coating that offers low toxicity and zero halogen.

 

 

(4) High Temperature Highly Flexible (Galvanised Steel Type)

Conduit for high temperature applications, where a high degree of flexibility is required. Made from galvanised core with a thermaplastic rubber coating.

 

 

 

(5) Low Fire Hazard with EMC Protection (Galvanised Steel Type)

Is a low fire hazard conduit which is fully compliant with London Underground, and MOD specifications. Conduit is available in Galvanised steel core with a coating that offers low toxicity and zero halogen.
