오늘 이 시간에는 HAWKE 사에서 새롭게 론칭된 FIBRE Ex Connectors 제품에 대해 간략히 소개드리고자 합니다.

1. Keyed Positions -

The insert keyway of the FibreEx connector guarantees correct alignment,
every time. This prevents pin damage and expands the FibreEx’s lifespan which reduces associated costs.

 

2. Integral Keying -

Our machined keyway ensures perfect connector alignment without damage to pins or contacts for fast installation and a longer product
lifespan. The 5 positions for OP-PR and a unique 6th position for OP-IS prevents cross-mating between two protection concepts.

 

3. Pre-Terminated -

All BR connectors are supplied pre-terminated with encapsulated tails to suit your requirements. Whether for use in industrial, Exd, Exe or
other applications, the versatile FibreEx will provide a solution to support your project’s unique needs. CP and CR connectors are also available pre-terminated.

 

4. Quick Connect -

Our unique 4 start ACME thread offers a smooth and quick fully mating action in less than two turns, for fast and simple installation. Earth continuity is achieved via a 360° contact clip.

 

5. The Original Reversible Armour Clamp -
Our, industry-leading, RAC clamping system provides a fully inspecatable method of accommodating a variety of different armour or braided cable types. Trusted by some of the industry’s leading names, the FibreEx incorporates this technology for easy installation and inspection.

 

6. Anti Rotation -

The FibreEx’s profiled spigot and connector body prevent cable rotation to eliminate cable damage for an increased product lifespan.

 

7. Cable Clamp -

A cable clamp, in the same material selected will be suppled with every Connector Plug and Connector receptacle to maintain cable pullout
requirements.

 

8. Contacts -

The M29504 series pin and socket termini utilizes proven, harsh environment ceramic ferrule technology and a ceramic alignment sleeve to reduce insertion (signal) loss in some of the world’s most arduous environments.

OSENSAView is industry-leading software incorporating all the features you would hope for in a modern temperature sensing application. The user-friendly environment makes it easy configure one or multiple FTX series
optical signal conditioners.

 

 

 

The free OSENSAView version includes all essential features to quickly get you started, but you will want to upgrade to OSENSAView Pro if custom calibrations, real-time graphing or data logging are desired. With the PRO version you will also enjoy the statistics features including mean, min, max, standard deviation, ΔT, and the ability to offset temperature readings relative to a reference probe. OSENSAView Live is a standalone application with all the same data logging and graphing capabilities found in OSENSAView Pro.

Industrial Extension Cables

OSENSA offers three standard fiber optic extension cables, each with a different core diameter to match with the corresponding temperature probe style. The EXT-PF1 style extension cable is an all polymer optical fiber that is extremely durable. The EXT-400 and EXT-200 style extension cables are glass optical fiber, and may be more easily damaged if not handled with care. Custom cables available upon request.

Scalable High-Performance Fiber Optic Temperature Sensing

The FTX-300-LUX+ fiber optic signal conditioner offers exceptional value combined with industry leading speed and accuracy. Whether your application requires one, two, or three sensing channels, the FTX-300-LUX+ transmitter is ideally suited for demanding research applications in MRI, microwave, and high electro-magnetic field environments. It can read optical sensors with tip diameters as small as 350 microns over distances up to 50 meters. It connects quickly to your personal computer with a
standard USB cable to provide real-time temperature trending and data logging with the optional OSENSAView Pro software or LabView VI. The 4-20mA analog outputs have 16 bit resolution with configurable alarms for easy connection to a PLC, temperature controller, solid state relay, or digital display. Osensa’s PWR+ series fiber optic temperature transmitter offers scalable industry leading performance. Each signal conditioner accepts three optical fiber sensor inputs for convenient threephase monitoring of hot spots in generator and transformer windings, on bus bars in switch gear, or critical connection points on transmission cables and circuit breakers. The FTX-301-PWR+ model includes three isolated 4-20mA outputs that are loop powered from a 12~24VDC source. All transmitters include isolated RS-485 serial connectivity over industry standard Modbus RTU protocol. Multiple transmitters can be connected in series on a standard 35mm DIN rail with power and RS-485 communication supplied to by the five-pin T-Bus connector.

Transformer Hot Spot Fiber Optic Temperature Sensing
The FTX-301-XFMR+ temperature transmitter offers exceptional value for transformer winding temperature monitoring. It reads Luxtron™ brand (manufactured by Lumasense Inc.) fluorescent temperature probes. The signal conditioner connects quickly to a laptop computer with a standard USB cable to provide real-time temperature trending and data logging with the optional OSENSAView Pro software or LabView VI. The isolated, 4-20mA analog outputs are loop powered and provide simple integration with standard industrial PLCs, temperature controllers, and relays.
Multiple signal conditioners can be connected in series on a standard 35mm DIN rail and the T-Bus connector supports RS-485 communication over industry standard Modbus RTU protocol.

The HTX-100 series optical thermometer offers flexibility in the field with a portable, battery-powered, Bluetooth® enabled, temperature sensing probe diagnostic tool. Designed for applications in the power industry, users can freely monitor critical temperature sensing points and probe signal status with the backlit LCD screen, or log data in real-time to their
smartphone over Bluetooth®. The HTX-100 can also connect to a computer using a USB-mini cable for data logging or to be configured using OSENSAView software. The handheld unit is ruggedized with a shock-proof silicone cover making it a great choice to use while installing probes during transformer and switchgear manufacturing.
