안녕하세요 TIATIP 입니다.

 

오늘은 Panasonic의 UV경화기 가운데 LAMP 타입으로서는 가장 최신의 모델이며, 그 성능과 안정성을 자랑하는 UP50을 살펴봅니다. UP50은 MUV5204 및 ANUP5204의 진화된 사양이자 경화시스템과 관련하여 램프타입이 갖추어야할 모든 솔루션을 포함하고 있는 Compact 타입의 UV LAMP경화기입니다.

 

기존의 MUV5204, ANUP5204에서 제공하지 않았던 기능이 추가되었는데요, 바로 UV센싱인터페이스 기능입니다. UV센서를 옵션으로 선택하시면 보다 안정적인 생산라인 운영이 가능합니다. UP50에 장착하는 UV LAMP는 지난 10년간 안정성입 입증된 

ANUPS204 모델이며, 구형의 MUV5204, ANUP5204와 공용이 가능한 사양입니다.

Featuring an energy-efficient mode, which cuts the power consumption by a maximum of 15% while the irradiation is off, and a high-accuracy auto-tuning function

 

 

1. High-efficiency UV irradiation

 

Eco mode reduces power consumption

The Eco mode cuts the standby power consumption by a maximum of 15% while the irradiation is off (the shutter is closed), contributing to the running costs (electricity charge). Compatible with a wide range of power supply voltages from 100 to 240 V AC for worldwide use.

 

Surface tackiness can be quickly eliminated

The development and adoption of our unique special mirror that allows for the
effective irradiation with short wavelengths enables the quick elimination of
surface stickiness caused during curing. The irradiation time can also be
reduced, decreasing the temperature rise of workpieces.

 

ANUP5001F heat ray cut filter prevents temperature rises in the irradiation unit.

The use of the filter is recommended especially for heat-sensitive workpieces.
You can reduce temperature rises in the irradiation unit by attaching a heat
reflecting filter depending on the type of workpiece.

 

 

2. Stable UV irradiation performance

 

UV auto control function automatically compensates for the UV intensity.

This function increases the electrical power applied to the lamp according to
the total irradiation time of the lamp to compensate for the UV intensity decrease, maintaining stable UV irradiation until the end of the lamp life.

 

Slim UV sensor (optional)
Significantly higher reliability for bonding and fixing. The UV sensor for measuring irradiation intensity enables auto-turning in high-accuracy.

The UV intensity can be relative measured* at the actual position by using the slim UV sensor. It can also automatically adjust the UV intensity to the preset level. Since the sensor only has 5 mm (0.2 in) thickness, which is similar to the workpiece, the intensity measurement is possible without removing the system from the production line, facilitating high-accuracy setting and in-line condition optimization. The UV intensity can be checked and adjusted at real time, enhancing the bonding and fixing reliability.

 

 

3. Stable UV irradiation performance

 

Programmable irradiation function
This function prevents curing distortion and enables high-quality precision bonding. The irradiation can be programmed to controls the irradiation power and time depending on the resin and curing appication, supporting high-quality and high-precision bonding with minimum cure shrinkage. In addition to the simple irradiation mode which irradiation is continuously performed at a constant intensity, up to 10 steps 10 patterns can be set. This includes the step-up mode which the intensity is changed over time and the interval mode which irradiation is performed at specified intervals.

 

Digital setting allows for consistency of set values from operator to operator.

The irradiation power can be finely set in the range of 0 to 100% in increments of 0.5%. The actual UV irradiation intensity is approximately proportional to the displayed value, making the setting work easier and more accurate.

 

Interchangeability with ANUP5204

The wavelength distribution (typical characteristics) of UP50 is identical to
ANUP5204, our existing model. The replacement lamp, the ANUPS204, is
also the same as that for the ANUP5204.

 

 

4. Easy to install

 

Can be placed either vertically or horizontally.

The unit can be placed in either a vertical position that makes the footprint smaller or a horizontal position that allows stacking other units.

 

Long life, quickly-attachable lamp, ANUPS204

The average lamp life is 3,000 hours(guaranteed life: 2,000 hours*). The lamp can be easily replaced with a single operation and does not require an optical axis adjustment. * Ratio to the initial UV intensity -- 80% or higher in vertical placement, 70% or higher in horizontal placement

 

Two lens unit models for short and long range converging

The two lens unit models, one for short range and the other for long range
converging, cover a variety of applications and work pieces.

오늘 이 시간에는 Panasonic의 UV LED경화기 UJ20 시리즈를 살펴보도록 하겠습니다. 최근 새로운 모델인 UJ30과 UJ35시리즈로 전환되고 있는 추세이나, 과거 대기업과 그 관계사를 위주로 여전히 잘 활용하고 계신 분들이 많은 것이 사실입니다.

The high intensity of 8,000 mW/cm2 is possible by using the ANUJ6160 LED head and ANUJ6423 lens in power mode. Even in high accuracy mode, an intensity of 6,400 mW/cm2 is possible.

 

 

Estimated Light Source life length of 20,000 hours

With the LED system UV irradiation turns on instantly, only when it is needed. With a duty of 1/5 (process tact time is 5 and irradiation time is 1), the LED
system equates to 100,000 hours using the lamp system (approximately 33 or more times greater). This amounts to a great decrease in maintenance needed for lamp replacement and running cost.

Since achieving 8,000 mW/cm2, you can perform irradiation with the energy required for curing even if the irradiation output has been narrowed. By narrowing the set irradiation output, you can stretch the lightsource life even further. Sufficient power is available even for wide areas. For example, using lens: ANUJ6428 in a 5.5 mm diameter area (WD = 40 mm), an irradiation intensity on par with previous lamp systems is available: over 623 mW/cm2 in Power Mode and over 518 mW/cm2 in feedback Mode. Also, there is no drop in intensity caused by branching as seen in the lamp system.

Sufficient power is available even with special lenses. In addition to  five types of standard lens (3, 4, 6, 8, and 10 dia.), side view lens, cylindrical and rod lens are available to your UV application.

오늘은 Panasonic의 UV경화기 시리즈 가운데 LAMP타입인 ANUP5204를 살펴봅니다. 과거 카메라모듈과 광픽업 및 광학렌즈분야의 붐과 더불어 큰 성장을 보인 제품입니다. 최근 신모델인 UP50시리즈가 출시되어 사랑받고 있지만 익숙함과 그 안정성으로 신모델과 함께 UV LAMP Spot 경화기의 자존심을 지키고 있습니다.

High UV intensity: 4000mW/cm2
Even with a 200 W lamp, the ANUP5204 achieves a high intensity of 4000 mW/cm2 for multiple-branch-fiber and long distance irradiation. (4000 mW/cm2 is the initial power using 1-branch-fiber (ø5 mm) without lens, without filter, and with Auto-control set to OFF and distance set to 10mm.)

 

Surface tacking removed for quicker curing
Quick, clean tacking by short wavelengths using a special mirror developed for efficient irradiation. As result, ANUP5204 achieves short irradiation time (short tact time) and reduced heat increase.

 

Universal power supply and 40% more energy efficient
Features universal power source compatibility between 100 and 240 VAC. It is a whopping 40%+ more energy efficient than our conventional model 1) This will cut electricity bills at your factory.

 

Automatic compensation for decay of UV intensity
The built-in UV auto-control function automatically compensates for UV intensity decay, so stable UV intensity is maintained until the end of the lamp’s life. Set vertically, the ANUP5204 undergoes almost not decrease in UV intensity.

 

Superb UV irradiation prevents distortion
The programmable irradiation function is matched to the resin and curing material. This greatly reduces shrinking and distortion of the resin when curing. This function is the best match for optical components. Set 9 patterns of 10 steps each. UV power (shutter open rate) = 0-100% (0.5% unit), irradiation time = 0.1-100sec. (0.1sec. unit)/100-9999 sec. (1 sec. unit).

 

Digital settings eliminate individual variation
Use sheet switches to set and display each value. Fine tune values from 0 to 100% in 0.5% increments. Nearly perfect symmetry between display and UV irradiation intensity facilitates setup.

 

Can be stood up or laid on side
Vertical placement: stand up to save foot space.
Horizontal placement: lay on side to allow stacking.
Vertical placement can reduce decreases in UV intensity.

 

Long-life lamp featuring one-touch replacement
Even with a 200 W lamp, the lamp will provide a high 4000 mW/cm2 output1).
On top of that, it delivers a long 3000 hours of life 2) (guaranteed lifetime: 2000 hours) 3). The “one touch” replacement method does not require optical axis alignment.

Diverse range of filters and lenses for practically any application
Two types of heat-ray-cut-filter are available Only UV rays penetrate. Four lenses are also available to match the application at hand: the “AS/A” lens focuses short range, the UV lens is used for irradiation, and the “BS/B” lens focuses long range.

Very easy to connect with a foot-switch for UV irradiation.

Change UV intensity using PLC
Using pattern No. 9, change the UV intensity from 4-power via a PLC for optimum irradiation in each production run.
