Applications
• Hazardous and corrosive environments due to the presence of flammable gases or vapors, combustible dusts or ignitable fiber or flyings.
• Installations at petroleum refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants and other processing or storage facilities where similar hazards exist.
• Use in conjunction with motor starters or contactors for remote control of motors.

 

 

 

 

Features
• Operating Temperature of -50°C to +60°C
• Explosion Protected contact blocks as N.O. & N.C. capable of 20 Amps for Switching Duty and HP Ratings up to 1HP.
• LED Pilot Light modules for 12-254V AC/DC
• Contacts & Pilot lights can be mounted inside enclosure on Din Rail or in cover to the actuator.
• Accessories for Lockout/Tag Out functions made in 316 stainless steel also available.
• Cover screws and terminal screws supplied for use with Slotted, Phillips #2 or Robertson screwdrivers.
• Captive Stainless Steel Cover Screws.
• Terminal Block connection option.

 

 

 

 

HKH Series Non-Metallic sizes
1a, 1b & 1c up to three devices in cover

 

• Low profile side walls for ease of wiring.
• Entry sizes of 1/2”, 3/4”, M20, M25 and 2 x M20. Brass ECP optional for metric sizes.

• Contact blocks 1 N.O. & 1 N.C. with 20A current capacity for switch duty.

• Contact blocks rated for up to 1HP @ 277V.

 

• LED Pilot lights 12-254Vac/Vdc for use with red, green, amber, blue & clear lens assemblies.
• Actuators and electrical modules can be mounted on din rail or panel mounted to actuator on cover.

• Terminals on contact blocks and pilot light modules rated for 1-2 #22-#10AWG, (1-2 0.5-4mm2) conductors.

 

 

HKH Series Non-Metallic sizes
2a & 2c from two to six devices in cover and entry sizes of 1/2”, 3/4”, M20, M25, M32, 2 x M20 or 2 M25. Side entries also available.

 

 

 

 

HKH Series 316 Stainless Steel sizes
1a, 1b & 1c up to three devices in cover

• Entry sizes of 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, M20, M25 and 2 x M20.
• Two styles of enclosures offered; standard flange in, and when more access room required, flange out.

 

 

• Contact blocks 1 N.O. & 1 N.C. with 20A current capacity for switch duty.
• Contact blocks rated for up to 1HP @ 277V.
• LED Pilot lights 12-254Vac/Vdc for use with red, green, amber, blue & clear lens assemblies.
