1. 800 Series Floodlight
Stainless Steel Luminaire
The 800 Series is an asymmetric floodlight range specifically designed for corrosive atmospheres. Constructed from marine grade stainless steel, the range is fitted with internal control gear and can be quickly relamped by removing the toughened glass front cover via the specially designed front cover clamps.
There is the option of a remote gear box for all HPS and metal halide lamp models although for certain models this is standard. Other options include M25 cable entries, auxillary tungsten halogen lamps, looping, narrow beam reflector and timed cut-out ignitor.
For high vibration applications there is the option of a strengthened mounting arrangement for added safety.
ATEX Category 3 (Zone 2) hazardous area versions are available.
2. Maxinex and Micronex
Asymmetric Floodlight
The asymmetric reflector design enables the light beam to be thrown forward for long distance lighting and concurrently assuring that the lighting below the pole of mounting location is also effectively lit without having to tilt the floodlight at high aiming angles. Both luminaires share a high IP66/67 rating.
The compact design features of these floodlights ensures reduced weight and low windage. This helps reduce installation costs and it allows lighter mounting systems.
3. 503 Floodlight
Aluminium Luminaire
The use of the 503 will give extremely high levels of illumination from a small number of floodlights, greatly reducing installation and maintenance costs.
Zone 2 Ex N versions are available
4. Dexlux Floodlight
Stainless Steel Luminaire
Installation and maintainance of lamps can be easily obtained via the front cover and quick release stainless steel clips.
In addition to being compact and lightweight, there are a number of additional options such as an anti-vibration damper assembly, anti-glare shield and wire guard making the Dexlux excellent for use in harsh environment.
5. 458 EPDM Floollight
The 458 is manufactured from EPDM rubber with a heavy duty borosilicate front glass and wire guard for maximum protection. The 458 is suitable for GLS and hps lamps with maximum continuous operating temperature of +30°C.
Models with GLS lamps can operate at an ambient temperature as low as -40°C. A universal control gear box is required for models with hps lamps.
6. 487 EPDM Floodlight
The 487 is suitable for GLS lamps up to 200W wtih a recommended maximum continuous operating ambient temperature of +30°C and a minimum temperature of -40°C.
7. Solas LED Floodlight
Emergency LED Floodlight
The product uses ultra bright white LEDs to provide the illumination required for task and working areas. Output is equivalent with a 70W HPS lamp.
The luminaires rugged construction of cast aluminium and toughened flat glass is suitable for the most environmentally challenging areas, offshore and marine environments.
Solas is available as an emergency version which is operable in either maintained mode or non-maintained mode. This gives the flexibility of using the luminaire for both normal lighting and in emergency situations. A remote inhibition facility is also available. The LEDs operate at 100% lumen output when the power fails for a duration of 90 minutes. Battery recharge time is 24 hours. They also provide instant on lighting from both mains or battery mode.
